I have known manipulators all my life. There is just one colleague, a friend or family member who stands as a manipulator.      Dealing with Toxic Co-workers..... Do you know it can be demoralising and heartbroken💔 to deal with a difficult individual? Being heartbroken isn't all about love-hate relationship. You can feel unhappy even at a workplace. Some workers get either frustrated or dissatisfied at their working environment due to unhealthy behaviour😏 from colleagues. However, the basic truth is to learn to deal with such and not to give up. After all, we are humans with different characters.  What to do? Someone else's unruly behaviour should not differ anyone from growing in any working environment.  Below are the do's and don'ts on how to survive a difficult worker. DO'S Focus on the activity at hand or switch to the next task. Keep your face bright with smile. Ignore such colleague.   If You Want Happiness, Do These Three Things. ALRIGHT ! My dim day went like that of a superhero. I had been so worried over things lately relating to personal and professional stuff.  Also, there’s been this unresolved case about a colleague which almost was looking like a mystery. I was determined to get it sorted. This was a person I had been trying so hard to reach on phone and chats.  I refused to give up anyways, so I dialed his number and whoosh, he picked up. I almost screamed, "Praise thy Lord!" Our chats began and I sensed some downcast moments within our conversation that he wasn’t feeling all right.  He wasn't finding it easy to pour out his mind. However, I sensibly uttered words of affirmation amidst my own mystery of worries which made him air his sadness. Although, we sometimes feel depleted when giving out. A deep dive into to do list.

 Have you barely had that peace of mind when you're yet to achieve some things outlined for the day?  Or is this just happening to me alone?  How does your day go?  With a plan or without guide?  A day planned is a day which is guided. A day well planned is a fulfilled one which gives you a sense of accomplishment. Your mood is elevated as your mental state is clear of clutters.  Do you even know how to plan your day? Let's check how:  You can have a to do list on your phones(digital) or on sticky notes(paper) around where you visit frequently like the kitchen, the refrigerator, bedroom corners, toilet etc.  Places at work such as your desk or corners. Boiled yam and fried eggs were served sizzling on a Sunday morning with undesirable tea☕ that lacked the taste of milk but tasted sweet(tea toh shó or tea oloku). Afterwards, I watched Manifest episodes on Netflix for 45 minutes.  Then, offered my midday prayer.  Next, took a nap for an hour.  Upon waking up, I observed my noon prayer.  Subsequently, I did some clothes ironing.  Finally, I sorted out work related activities.   All activities above boiled down to self-discipline. Self-discipline is making every moment of your life count. Self-discipline  helps one overcome weaknesses and control one's emotions.
