 If You Want Happiness, Do These Three Things.


ALRIGHT!

My dim day went like that of a superhero. I had been so worried over things lately relating to personal and professional stuff.

 Also, there’s been this unresolved case about a colleague which almost was looking like a mystery. I was determined to get it sorted. This was a person I had been trying so hard to reach on phone and chats.

 I refused to give up anyways, so I dialed his number and whoosh, he picked up. I almost screamed, "Praise thy Lord!" Our chats began and I sensed some downcast moments within our conversation that he wasn’t feeling all right. 

He wasn't finding it easy to pour out his mind. However, I sensibly uttered words of affirmation amidst my own mystery of worries which made him air his sadness.

Although, we sometimes feel depleted when giving out. Nevertheless, helping others may just be the secret to living, if not a happier life but a healthier life.

Here valuable three tips below that will help you give to others and find happiness amidst whatever you might be going through.

  1. Give Your Time: The gift of time is more valuable and satisfying to the receiver. We don't have the same amount of money. However, we all have time on our hand which can be shared.

  1. Give to people transparent attention: Giving to people with transparency specifies that you are after their happiness and not being deceitful.

The key is to understand that our lives are not perfect but believe me, you will be adding spice to your life once you realize that you can serve as a support system or pillar to someone else.
