Start with small steps. It may look difficult to achieve at once. However, it is better to begin in bits than procrastinating. A step at a time will get you to the top.
5. Avoid temptations
It is easy to be swayed away by spending time with family and friends or on your phone. So, cut down on spending much time on your phone, with family or friends to achieve what you have your list.
It is necessary to understand that self-discipline often helps to establish healthy habits and manage time effectively.
